Boulder City's July 4th Damboree Parade |
|||
| To commemorate St. Christophers 75th anniversary in 2006, church members built and entered a float in Boulder Citys 4th of July Damboree Parade. |

The Boulder City Chamber of Commerce awarded the church
first place in the 4th of July parade. |
The July 4th float, as seen above, was an exact replica of St. Christophers church and had a "God Bless America" banner stretching the entire length of the float. | ||

St. Christopher's float for the Christmas parade was
packed with children, lights, and a few 101st
Airborne Division United States soldiers on leave from
service in Iraq. People watching the parade followed the float to wish the soldiers well, and thank them for their honorable service to this country. |

The floats and the two parades were a huge success with
children and adults from the community. Newspaper
articles were written and the local television network
picked up both events. Together the parades were exciting events for our members as well and helped us demonstrate St. Christophers commitment to the community and fellowship. |
